Welcome to The Belle Royal - spacious townhouse conveniently located near downtown Bentonville, the famous Slaughter Pen Mountain Bike Trails, Razorback Greenway and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Walking distance around the corner is a Walmart Neighborhood Market and the charming Table at the Inn restaurant.

With greenway access and MTB trails nearby, exploring the area by bike is a breeze. Mojo Bike rentals is .3 miles away if you'd like to rent a MTB or E-bike!

Inside, you'll find four inviting bedrooms on 2 floors, master bedroom on main floor with kitchen/living room, and 3 bedrooms downstairs, as well a bonus room with an 80 inch TV, dedicated desk with monitor and keyboard for any work needs and comfortable couches.

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with keurigs, coffee pods, creamers, all cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes - perfect for whipping up delicious meals.
The spacious 2 car garage is equipped with 4 bike hangers, a bike stand for bike repairs, bike tools and a hose.

The house includes an updated LG washer and dryer for your convenience.

After a day of adventure, unwind on one of the 2 outside areas - the upper deck off the kitchen is complete with a cozy Solo Stove fire pit and a propane grill under twinkling lights, creating the ideal atmosphere for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Right below the deck you will see the newly created MTB trail connecting to Slaughter Pen!

Three of the bedrooms boast luxurious new king beds topped with the most raved-about cooling memory foam mattress toppers, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure.
The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed adorned with funky decorations, adding a touch of personality to your stay.
Each bedroom has a smart tv with a ROKU as well as smart TVs in the living room and bonus room, for 6 total TVs.

You'll also find two full bathrooms and one convenient half bath, all equipped with towels, soap, and shampoo/conditioner for your convenience.

Fantastic property!

We spent a fantastic long weekend at this home! Clean, surprisingly spacious, very comfortable, and well appointed. Staci was so attentive and helpful. My husband enjoyed the close proximity to trails and the entire weekend was relaxing and fun. We would love to stay at this property again if Staci will have us!

Girls Trip

WOW!!! This place will NOT disappoint; great location, great communication with the owner from the very beginning, and the house was spotless. I cannot say enough good things about our stay, we had everything we needed! Myself and all my friends are extreme clean freaks, this house was spotless! My husband makes fun of me because I take wipes to clean things before I touch anything in a hotel and I won’t walk barefoot, I’m very picky where I stay. BUT in this house I felt like I was at home and actually walked barefoot! 😁. And Staci, she is so sweet, very accommodating, and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect! After our stay, Staci sent a message asking if there was anything they could improve on in the house to make our stay better. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was the first time the owner reached out in person to inquire of the stay and if I had any suggestions of where they could improve. I highly highly recommend staying here. If you find yourself in Bentonville, stay here, you won’t regret the decision!! Absolutely perfect!!! I’ve already talked with Staci about her other properties for a weekend trip with my mom!

Perfect friend getaway

The house worked perfectly for our small group of friends. It seemed that everywhere we went was within a short driving distance. The kitchen was stocked with multiple coffee makers and pods, as well as some snacks for our group. The owner/manager sent us a great list of restaurants and sites. We weren't disappointed with those we visited.

Great place and hosts!

We had a great long weekend. The place was comfortable for 6 people from 15 to 84. Easy to get around and the place was well taken care of. My husband enjoyed easy access to bike trails. The hosts were super about communicating and helping us when needed. Would definitely recommend staying here and will return!
