We loved the hotel, we stayed for two nights. They didn’t have everything on the menu. Probably because its low-season. But the food they did have was very good. It would be good if they fixed more hooks for the towels in the bathroom, but most of the hotels in Morocco lacked that. The rooms are cold in the winter because they are cool during the summer, so bring some slippers to wear inside. The location is a bit off so it’s recommended to have a rental car if you want to be able to leave when ever you want. But if you don’t have the possibility to get a rental car you can always book a transfer from the hotel to central Marrakesh or where ever you want. You can also book excursions to different places via the hotel with shuttle bus. You pay the tourist tax at the hotel, just like you do almost everywhere in the world. So they are not trying to trick you. "
