Good location
Good location close to the railway station and airport bis, with the old town (Citta alta) within walkong distance for the fit. Quiet comfortaböe rooms.

Utmärkt centralt hotell
Ett centralt beläget hotel,bussen stannar utanför, gångavstånd till centralstation,linbanan till gamla stan och shopping runt hörnet.Vi bodde i ett Classicrum som var ganska litet men med ett mycket fräscht badrum. Rummet var tyst trots fönster mot stor gata.Mycket prisvärt med fullt tillräcklig frukostbuffé.

Ett hotell att återvända till.
Otroligt trevlig, hjälpsam och familjär personal. Sängarna något hårda, men annars fanns inget att anmärka på.

Hjälpsam personal i receptionen
Missade flyget och var tvungna att snabbt hitta ett rum. Rummet passade bra för oss som är en familj på fyra personer. Personalen i receptionen var mycket hjälpsam med vidare bokning med taxi och andra alternativ till för resa till Milano Malpensa

Utmärkt hotell mitt i Bergamo
Bra hotell centralt beläget i Bergamo och nära till stationen. Bussen till flygplatsen stannar precis utanför hotellet. Mycket fin frukost med utmärkt service. Bra hotell för ett par övernattningar i Bergamo.

Bra läge & hjälpsam personal.
Bra läge på hotellet med flygbussen alldeles utanför dörren. Mycket god frukost med stort urval och trevlig personal. Rummet vi fick ifrån början hade en hemsk ac men det var inga som helst problem att få byta rum..Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotellet med rum högre upp i byggnaden som var fräschare.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge!
Väldigt trevligt hotell med hjälpsam personal och en riktigt god frukost! Ett plus för den lilla sicilianska restaurangen runt hörnet. Buss till Citta Alta, Gamla stan, runt hörnet och gångavstånd till stationen.

Bra centralt hotell
Ligger bra i centrala Bergamo och nära stationen. Bra frukost och flera trevliga restauranger i närheten. Personalen gav ett lite rörigt intryck, till exempel fick vi ett rum med två sängar i stället för med tre som bokat. Men de löste situationen bra.

Nice hotel with perfecr location
Staff was very friendly and always with a smile. Good service. Breakfast good but nothing more. If you like bread you won't be satisfied. Cleaning of the room was perfect. Hotel facilities and condition was just fine. If I'll return to Bergamo in the future I'll book this hotel again.

Nice, clean and central hotel
The hotel is situated in the central part of Bergamo within walking distance to funiculare to old town. The airport bus (nr 1) stops just outside the hotel. The staff is very kind, takes your lugguage to the room. The room was newly refurbished and clean, however rather small. Breakfast was rich but no real espresso, only instant coffee from a machine.

Hotellet ligger mycket bra i city och flygbussen stannar utanför, superierrummen är små och wifi fungerar sådär. Mycket bra frukost. Var tydligare med hur visas att inte byta sänglinne och handdukar för att vi ska kunna bli mer miljövänliga.

Kort vistelse i Bergammo
Vi var på kort vistelse i Bergammo och det här hotellet har utmärkt läge till alla sevärdheterna i staden rummet var rent och luftkonditioneringen fugerade. Frukosten var bättre än normal och personalen väldigt trevlig genomfört med samma hotell kedja i Milano. om vi kommer till Bergammo igen kommer vi att bo på samma hotell.

We only spend one night since we were heading to another destination .. but the overall impression was good and also the location. The only disappointment was the coffee that was served during breakfast.
