A modern hotel with rather simple rooms. All in all it was fine and I would actually recommend the hotel, it's state, food and the location.
The issue was that we should have been offered benefits as Hotels.com gold members and we were not. After reminding we got an answer in style "oooh, uuuggh... the hotel must be fully booked as there was no suggestion for upgrade from the system". When i asked about promised 20% discount for food and drinks, we got a coupon for 10% discount for food only. Last thing was the parking possibility - recommended public garage turned out to be 40 min nightmare to find a parking spot and finding that the parking costs 180kr nightly (from which there is a hotel discount to ca 150kr).
So if you are without a car and are not gold members, it's a good option, but it's annoying to be lured in by a prospect of a benefit that is in the end not provided. Should we have known we would have chosen a different hotel.
