Nice house but would have been nice to be able to use the indoor fireplace as it was snowing while there. Jacuzzi water was cloudy. Kitchen items too worn for price of rental. Nice game room but for price should provide basic cable. House was clean and had amazing view.

The host Katie is fantastic. Very communicative, worked with my group on all our needs. The house is fantastic and the views from the back porch are picture perfect. If you want a relaxing getaway this is your stop!

Great place to stay. Our whole family was able to be together and spend quality time with one another. It was comfortable and welcoming! It was so helpful to have a stocked kitchen, large table (big enough for everyone to eat around), and a washer and dryer. The game room was an added bonus! The trail around the house was really the only place to explore near the house. The roads are narrow, so walking or biking were not safe. However, the town was 10-15 minutes away and allowed for many options. We enjoyed the local pool, cooling off in the springs, exploring Cacapon lake, visiting shops (highly recommend Mischief), and eating at Proof and Mythical Pizza.This place was definitely worth vacationing to!

Wonderful!

What an absolutely gorgeous place with unbelievable views off the balcony! We really enjoyed our spring break there with lots of hiking outings and zip lining not too far away.

Second Stay

Once again everything about 20 Apache Heights was perfect. First night there was a small issue and it was taken care of immediately. Our entire family loves this property and are looking forward to staying a third, forth, fifth...time.

Dream location

This beautiful home made for a perfect holiday gathering for our family of six. There’s a great “flow” to this property which allows both intimate gatherings and enough private spaces to suit anyone’s needs.We enjoyed our meals around the generous dining table, and we all were mesmerized by the most fabulous view over the valley. Game room, ample deck seating, and hot tub offered great entertainment options to all in our group… ages 41 to 77.We give this home all thumbs up. Highly recommend.

Fall Getaway

The view is spectacular! The house is as advertised. Beds are comfortable. Our grandkids loved the game room. Location is great for visiting Cacapon State Park and downtown Berkeley Springs.

3 generation get-away

This is a great place for extended family. While the “game players” were in the lower level game room, others enjoyed the solitude of the main floor. Katie was great with responses to our questions. Very considerate. Pretrip info was great! Highly recommended for multi-generational trips.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apache Heights. The house is beautiful, and the setting even better. The kids loved the bunkroom and the game room, and we all loved the deck in the morning and at sunset. We had one house problem, which the hosts responded to within minutes and fixed within a few hours.

Super organized

Katie was wonderful to work with! She is super organized and doesn't miss a thing. There are suggestions for everything and everyone. You know what to expect before you even arrive. The property is gorgeous. I mean I don't see how you couldn't like it! It is secluded with one of the most beautiful views around. You feel like you have your own piece of paradise. If you are a nature lover and like to be secluded this is the property for you. The house is fully stocked as if you live there. There's a pool table, connect four, an arcade video console, a big screen TV with every channel you can think of, a jacuzzi, and a fire pit. Oh, let's not forget the walking trails right on the property. The view is what drew me to the property. Everything else was a bonus. We also "made friends" with two horses. You can see them at a great distance every night grazing in a faraway pasture. One is white the other brown. While they were unaware of our friendship we miss seeing them daily. The best thing is we were able to bring our family member Polar (our dog) with us. He enjoyed the evenings out on the deck watching the sunset with us too. Thank you for making your property available to us! We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Awesome Property!

We are 10 women who graduated high school together in 1977 who get together once a year for a reunion. What a blast we had at this beautiful home in Berkeley Springs! We enjoyed every amenity this home had to offer - from the hot tub, pool table, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds to the gorgeous views from the deck. Our hosts were attentive and helpful. Sharing good times in this incredible home is just what we needed! Highly recommend!

Great Girl's Getaway

Home was perfect for a friend's getaway. Close enough to Berkeley Springs, yet away from it all. Lovely home with gorgeous views. Photos on site are very accurate. Kitchen is well equipped and owners were easy to reach if necessary. Would recommend this home to anyone and would certainly rent again. Loved it!!

Beautiful spot

We had a lovely time getting out of the city and staying here for a few days with friends. The kiddos loved it too! It’s a beautiful house in a beautiful location, that’s well equipped and the owners were very easy to communicate with. The hot tub and video games were big hits, as were the bunk beds -and the view. We'd highly recommend it!

Beautiful vacation home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful well equipped home. The view off of the back deck is amazing! The home is fully equipped with kitchen supplies as well as fresh towels and linens. The house was extremely clean and well kept. We had no problem at all with the WiFi and were able to stream on our computers. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place for a Family Get Together

Apache Heights was fantastic. We were a group of ten, three generations, all adults and everyone loved the house and the area. Katie was an incredible host, the communication was wonderful. Any and all questions were answered very quickly, and she provided us with a four page PDF before our stay that contained restaurant, recreation, and exact direction information. The house itself was gorgeous and very well stocked. We were staying over Super Bowl weekend and brought our own crockpot to keep the chili warm. No need to have done that, as there was one in the kitchen. Every appliance one could need was provided. The house was meticulous, and the gameroom was a great place to gather and enjoy the game, and we all loved the hot tub overlooking the beautiful valley. We can't say enough about our stay, and would encourage anyone looking for a great spot to definitely book this house, it becomes your home very quickly!

Family Christmas retreat

Had a wonderful stay at Katie's home. Easy communication with Katie and her team. Great time hiking the local trails, making smores in the firepit and spending lots of time in the hot tub enjoying the view. They even left the tree up so we could enjoy a Christmas experience without having to bring our own! :)
