It's a great property with excellent shared space and 4 comfortable bedrooms. The screened areas are great for enjoying morning coffee. We had a wonderful time.

Very clean and cozy cabin! It was perfect for our weekend getaway with family. We were 4 couples, and loved that this property offers nice and comfortable accomodation for couples, king and queen beds, with enough bathrooms instead of a lot of twin or bunk beds. We enjoyed hanging out around the fire pit, and enjoyed having a modern and practical kitchen.

The house was wonderful for the 6 of us including a baby. There are views of the forest at every angle and it was so peaceful. Everyone really liked the porch on the top floor. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay - one of the highlights was the Apple Butter festival!

Perfect Nature Retreat
This house is lovely and relaxing. The layout is ideal for being together with everyone - as well as for hanging out separately, when that's preferred. Our adult children loved to hang out in the hot tub, while my husband and sat on the upstairs screened porch. We had a great time here. And the beds and linens were very high-end and comfortable.

Wonderful family weekend
My family and I had a terrific time in Berkeley Springs and that was in no small part due to this lovely vacation home. The property is beautifully furnished and comfortable for our group of 7 guests.

The location was in a rustic wooded neighborhood, perfect peace & quiet.

Our stay was lovely! It was a great time to turn off devices and be with the whole family and enjoy each otherâs company. The community was pretty nice and had a nice pool, and the hot tub at the home was great. There was a little confusion around the checkout procedures since the on-site instructions didnât match the rental agreement but that was sorted pretty easily. Overall, definitely an enjoyable week!

Nice place and responsive owner
We had a great three day stay at this property with friends. It is in a great location with lots of nice walks in easy reach. The owner is super responsive (we had a couple of minor issues and she was very responsive very quickly). Definitely recommend this house!

Great Cabin In the Woods
Very nicely kept cabin in a great area. Very close to Berkeley Springs and lots of activities. We had 10 people staying in the house and it never felt cramped. The cabin is well-appointed, very clean, and welcoming. The host was very responsive in all communications. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing
This was one of the most amazing VRBO trips we have been on. The house is incredible. Immaculate, peaceful, serene, everything we were hoping it would be. Our hosts were incredibly generous and made the whole process seamless. From the hot tub to the screened in porches, everything was beautiful. We look forward to visiting again!

Great property in a peaceful, relaxing setting
Beautiful property in a serene, wooded setting. The home was well equipped and ready for our stay. We loved the screened in porch where we met as a family to relax every evening with the backdrop of the sounds of the woods. Hosts were very responsive providing guidance and reminders for our stay.

Family Celebration
We weathered hot weather,a power outage,fire restrictions and the pool being closed and it didnât damper the fun and good time had by all. The home is beautiful, well maintained and thoughtfully laid out. Internet performed very well with a houseful of users. Plenty to see and do in the area. Beach at Cacapon very nice!

A perfect Family Gathering!
We had the most amazing time at this property. The house truly was a luxury getaway in the hills of West Virginia! We took lots of trips in the area and enjoyed our experience! Even went to the gorgeous pool one day. The house was clean and updated and had plenty of space for our family! I would highly recommend this rental for a group of 8 to 10 people.

We enjoyed Christmas with my family of four and spent most of our time enjoying the kitchen (loved the layout and was well stocked with utensils and cookware). We also enjoyed making puzzles looking out into the woods. It was so nice and peaceful! The host is very welcoming and responsive, although we didnât need to contact them during our stay I was confident that they would be available if we needed. The home was easy to find and check in to. The home was clean and spacious, with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs, two fireplaces, a cozy porch and a nice two story deck. Itâs only about a 10 minute drive into Berkley Springs where we enjoyed Astasia spa, Creekside store, and one of the really cute coffee shops. It looks like an even more promising stay in warmer weather fall spring or summer with lots of nature and activities around. Excellent stay! Just what I hoped for:
