The entire home and access to the 26 acres of nature is included in this rental so make yourself at home. Please note that we have a 2nd home on the property that is also available to rent and, please be respectful that there may be guests there during your stay and, “This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host (and guest in some cases) if it gets too loud.” But the homes are far enough apart that privacy for all is maintained and there is plenty of dedicated parking for each home.

Guest Access:

Both homes and access to the 26 acres of nature is included, so make yourself at home. Please do not access the locked “owner’s closet” in each house or the interior of the garage.

There are so many great things to do in the area. Once you have made a reservation, you will receive a link to your customized guidebook, but here are a few of our favorites in the meantime:

Getting Around:

Unless you own a helicopter, I recommend getting around by car or preferably SUV. The last ½ mile or so are on a single-lane gravel road that is steep in some parts.

Cleaning & Sanitization

- Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



No Pets Allowesd

- We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.



No Smoking Inside

- Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



No Parties/Events

- We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Important to note

- We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you may be asked to complete our independent verification and accidental damage waiver through our partner Truvi/Know Your Guest. This covers you for any accidental damage that may occur up to $500.



- Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so before arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.



- 4WD is required during the winter months
