There was water damage a month ago from above and the people in charge should have repaired or painted it very soon. Hello, thank you for your rating! We are sorry that you found the apartment a bit untended in some places. Due to illness, we had a cleaning representative and usually work with a very good cleaning company. Regarding the "deterrent to additional cleaning fee" I can say that this fee is only charged for particularly severe cases of excessive dirt, as house parties have been held in the past and the apartment has been left in a disastrous condition. I hope that I was able to clear up the circumstances in this way and I look forward to welcoming you again.

Das mit der einen tropfenden Badezimmer Decke am letzten Tag vor Ihrer Abreise (was nur Wasser war) ist ein unglücklicher Umstand der eingetroffen ist und hoffen, dass Ihr euch dennoch zu 6 (3 Erwachsende) mit einem Bad dann am letzten Tag arrangieren und euch für die schönen Seiten des Apartments vor allem Berlins begeistern konntet.
