The Space:
The spacious apartment, located on the groundfloor and on approx. 112 m² in the family-friendly part of the city called Prenzlauer Berg, with direct street access, offers enough space for 11 people.
The bright living room invites you to relax during your stay in Berlin and is equipped with

Getting Around:
The sight seeing bus line 200 starts directly in front of the house. So it takes just some minutes to Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden & Brandenburger Tor. Tram station just a few meters away. Tram to Warschauer Strasse and Hauptbahnhof. Bike rental just across the street.

Es ist zwar alle wie beschrieben da aber vieles in einem absolut schlechtem Zustand (extrem abgenutzt). Bei Ankunft zur vereinbarten Zeit war die Wohnung so wie sie die Vormieter verlassen es war nichts gemacht worden. Der Putztrup kam zwar dann einige Minuten Später und fing dann erst an die Wohnung zu zu Reinigen, so dass wir über eine Stunde vor der Wohnung auf der Straße warten mussten. Positiv allerdings das uns der Vermieter mit 70€ Rückerstattung entgegenkam. Und trotz das die eine Stunde drin waren war es immer noch sehr dreckig. Schimmel in der Dusche, Die Duschstange war defekt, Duschkabine schließt nicht, Toiletten dreckig, insgesamt alles nur Oberfläche grob abgewischt, Chips Reste auf Couchtisch und Sofa, Backofen wurde wohl schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt, sehr dreckig und Backblech war noch voller Essensrückstände, auf den Sockeln liegt cm Hoch der Staub, Vorhänge hängen halb herunter und sehen aus als wären diese auch schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden, Heizkörper völlig verdreckt. Wir haben uns so unwohl dort gefühlt. In diesem Zustand ist der Preis pro Nacht völlig überzogen. Wenn diese Wohnung sauber wäre und alles in einem Ordentlichen und Intaktem Zustand wäre es ein sehr schönes Objekt

first If you reed this you need to reed til the end because the positive will be at the end . Let start by the beginning, first we have ask to do early check in witch was accept with a message saying that it was ok to be there at 1pm instead of 4pm .We are from Canada tired and exhausted we arrive and the combination was not working we call and the answer was you did not give us your money and the cleaning lady apparently was not done so you need to wait til 4 pm outside good thing it was not raining and there was a back yard to stay. People where offering us bathroom because they found it was horrible. Then at 4pm we got in the dish washer was full of dirty dishes the floor was so dirty that are feet was black to bad I cant join picturs.then the shower was fill with mildew and we have rent that place espacialy for the air conditionning it there was 4 ,one in each bedroom . In or bedroom it work for one night then it stop we have call the day after they where suppose to fix it never show up. call again came and supposedly fix it but nothing and they have broke another one so at the end 2 air conditioning need to sleep the door open in the bedroom to get air.it was supposed to have a microwave none . they where suppose come and get the garbage it even say so one the rules we have call them and ate the end we left them outside because didn't have the key to open the special place for it . FeWo für kurzen Aufenthalt

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür aber sauber. Nicht ganz so modern, wie von den Bildern her denkbar. Allerdings alles vorhanden, was man braucht und recht zentral. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut.

Nice Apartment with Easy Access to Prenzlauer Berg

Apartment was very nice. Conveniently had access to downtown by Bus 200 outside front door and also the tram down the street. Gas station conveniently located across the street. Nice Coffee Machine!

Fine, not as described.

The host was very responsive and helpful, unfortunately the listing itself was not as nice as advertised. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived, we had to buy our own toilet paper and the unit itself had a strong cigarette smell. However, the unit had plenty of space for our group and the host was helpful and prompt when answering our questions.

Die Wohnung könnte einige Instandsetzungen vertragen. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist perfekt.
