The Space:

Welcome to the “Hirsch” vacation rental in the idyllic forest community of Borkheide! Our ground-floor, wheelchair-accessible accommodation offers you maximum comfort with a step-free entrance and wide doors.

The cozy living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A real highlight is the patio door, through which you can step directly and step-free into the outdoors.

For those who prefer to cook for themselves, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: In addition to a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll also find a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A private bathroom with a shower and a convenient washing machine—ideal for longer stays—round out the amenities. Of course, you can use our high-speed Wi-Fi free of charge during your stay.

We’ve also made sure your arrival is convenient: The accommodation includes two parking spaces. If you’re traveling by electric car, you can also use our on-site electric car charging station for a fee.



Guest Access:

Exclusive Use of the Accommodation: During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the entire 55 m² ground-floor vacation apartment, including the terrace. You will not have to share any rooms with other guests.

A parking space is available free of charge. There is also a paid charging station for electric cars.

Your vacation rental is situated in a wonderfully idyllic setting in the green, forested town of Borkheide and offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and cozy comfort. Right next to the accommodation is a cozy café where you can start your day in a relaxed atmosphere with a delicious breakfast or an afternoon coffee. Those who enjoy being active will find plenty to do here, as the well-known Europaradweg R1 bike route runs nearby and invites you to take long bike rides through the picturesque Brandenburg countryside. On warm summer days, the charming local forest swimming area in the immediate vicinity offers a refreshing way to cool off for the whole family.



Getting Around:

Despite its quiet and natural setting, our vacation rental’s location is simply unbeatable, as it’s right next to the Borkheide train station - and there’s no disruptive train noise at all. From here, regional trains provide excellent, direct access to nearby attractions and major cities. An absolute must-see for day-trippers is the mystical Beelitz Sanatorium with its fascinating treetop trail. It’s especially easy to get there from here, as it’s just one stop away by train. Sightseeing trips to major cities are also easy to arrange: You can reach the state capital, Potsdam, in about half an hour—without traffic jams or stress—and the vibrant center of Berlin in just under three-quarters of an hour. This means you can easily leave your car behind during your stay and explore the entire region comfortably and eco-friendly via public transportation.
