Flora 34 is a fully furnished, bright and sunny equipped 1 bedroom apartment for couple. Located in a great neighborhood close to public transport, the apartment has an open planned kitchen with dining space and lounge, bathroom with shower and a private balcony.

This fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern building in a backhouse accessed via a courtyard.

The apartment has a kitchen with fridge, oven and stove-top, dishwasher, a living room with a lounge, dining area, and balcony There is a full bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet. The bedroom is spacious and bright and includes a 160 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser. The building has an elevator that gives direct access to the apartment.

BOOKING RULES:

• All the contracts should start on the first day of each month. (Unless it's a public holiday).
• We work with fixed contracts, so you can stay for a maximum period of 12 months. Extension of the contract is possible upon request.
• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.
• After signing the contract a deposit of 1,000 EUR will be requested. The amount is fixed regardless of the price of the rent and is fully reimbursable once you move out if the room is in the same condition as found.
• Please note that we ask for a prepayment of your LAST month of rent, the first month of rent will be paid directly to us on the day your contract starts.
• We charge a one-time membership fee of €150 upon signing the contract. This fee covers administrative costs, including contract drafting and processing.
