Value for money, instead of hotel
Nice, spacious rooms with impeccable bathroom and modern (if yet quite small) kitchen. Super convenient "self check-in" and good option of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Trevligt boende. Ingen hiss men vi fick hjälp med väskorna. Bra läge. Vi fick låna en parkering i garage en bit ifrån för 10 euro.

Några hundra meter från tunnelbanan, det är det ända negativa att säga. Nära till centrum. Tonvis med restauranger i en otroligt fin lägenhet. Alla passar inte in på den beskrivning som ges, men fantastiskt lyxigt skick och mycket rymligt. Tänk på att bilar utan "klimatdekal" dock inte är tillåtna i centrala Berlin och att det kostar en del (i mynt) att parkera!

Perfekt läge Fredrichshain
Perfekt läge i mysiga Fredrischshain! Italienskt litet cafe runt hörnet som erbjöd grym frukost. Nära till mataffärer och bageri. Skulle gärna bo här nästa gång vi är i Berlin. Enda nackdelen var att det inte fanns några möjligheter till bagage-förvaring efter utcheckning. På vår bokning stod att rummet hade möblerad terass, vilket inte stämde. Vi hade ingen terass alls. Vissa lägenheter har det, men hotels.com har samma beskrivning för alla rum. Hade det inte stått något om terass hade vi tagit rummet ändå, men sluppit bli besvikna.

Håller vad de lovar
En väldigt fin lägenhet. Bra läge nära affär och tunnelbana. Lugnt läge och lätt att hitta parkering. Tider som bokades för in och utcheckning fungerade perfekt.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war groß, gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen. Die nächste Tram nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich vielen Restaurants und Bars und trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, die Schlafzimmer zum Hof.

The hotel was in a real neighborhood that was lively and safe both day and night. The apartment was super cute and all the rooms were large. The kitchen had everything we needed for making a simple meal. The personalized website provided by the property answered our questions on how to use the coffee maker, TV and heat.

Von A bis Z hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Einfacher Check-In, Wohnung war unglaublich sauber, lediglich an Dekoration wurde gespart, was aber bei Apartment-Vermietung auch nicht tragisch ist. Unterkunft steht jetzt ganz oben auf der Berlin-Liste!

Wat een fijne plek is dit! Zowel het appartement zelf als de omgeving is top. Het appartement is ruim, de bedden prima en alles is zeer schoon. En de locatie is heel fijn: tal van leuke winkels en talloze restaurants op loopafstand. Echt een van de leukere en gezelligere wijken van Berlijn.

Beautiful, large clean apartment. Three nice size bedrooms, washing machine and nice kitchen and amenities. Fun neighborhood with restaurants, bars and cafes, easy walk to metro. The manager was great at communicating with us prior and during our stay. We definitely recommend and hope to go back and stay there some day.

-Instructions would be helpful for appliances, TV, coffee machine (red light came on and had to resort to YouTube to figure things out) -a few more items in kitchen like a grater, a whisk etc would be great -Came home one night and the code didn’t work to open apt door. They knew there was a problem but didn’t communicate it to us. A neighbour helped us reach them, to get someone to come and let us in. -Water was shut off in the bathroom and again, could have been communicated to us. -Pull out couch bed made incredible noise because of the springs and made it impossible to sleep. Mattress had to be moved to the floor. They promptly came and applied wd40, but said no one else had complained about it. As if that means the problem doesn’t exist! A bit on the rude side. Let’s not forget, this is an expensive rental, not a hostel, therefore one has certain expectations.

The apartment was quiet and the sofabed was already made up. Security deposit refund of €300 was quick and painless, 4 days later. Was slightly disconcerted by a telephone call to check that everything was okay with our stay — when I'm on a holiday I don't really want the phone to be ringing!

Zugang zu Haus und Wohnung mit Code problemlos und einfach. Wir waren mit 5 Personen da. Schlafzimmer sind sehr großzügig. Jede Menge Möbel für Kleidung etc. vorhanden. Etwas klein hingegen sind Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich, was alles in einem Zimmer untergebracht ist. Es gibt deshalb nur ein 3er Sofa, was ein TV-Abend mit 5 Leuten erschwert - allerdings wollen sicher die meisten Touristen abends noch unterwegs sein. Abgesehen davon tolle Wohnung und sehr sauber.

We loved this apartment and would definitely stay again. The staff could not be nicer, with excellent communication and so helpful. The location was terrific; we loved being in a residential area with a wealth of shops, bars, restaurants, and close to public transit. Thank you Luxoise!

There were restaurants within easy walking distance. A major train station was about a 15 minute walk away so go could get around the city without a car. Also express train to the airport from that station. Someone was there to assist with check in which was great because the door codes were a little tricky the first time after that not a problem. Did not have access to roof garden which looked awesome. TV didn’t work and they wouldn’t look at it unless someone was there which was understandable but we were out and about from early morning to late evening. Even though we didn’t use it kitchen seemed well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.
