A nice hotel in a good location. A busstop right outside the building, or a 10-15 min walk to U-bahn/S-bahn station made it very easy to get around the city. Shopping and restaurants in walkingdistance. The room was good size, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Good service, and the breakfast was great.

Läget är mycket bra med Tiergarten runt hörnet och Ku-damm, Zoo m m på gångavstånd. Rummet också bra. Men... Ett 4-stjärnigt hotell ska ha restaurang öppen till minst 23:00, 6 dagar i veckan och en bar för gäster. Baren var öppen halva veckan, restaurangen stängd under hela vistelsen. En av dagarna fanns det ej tillgång till vatten i kranar, dusch wc etc på rummet. Extremt knapphändigt med information till oss gäster trots frågor. Städningen var sisådär... Man hade inte tömt papperskorgar efter gästen innan, dåligt avtorkat o s v. Vi har framfört detta till Hotel och även fått kompensation utan konstigheter

Cleaning of room could be better. All surfaces should be wiped thoroughly - from bed-table to bathroom shelf.

A great place to stay for both business and leisure! Modern, clean and with exceptional staff - Pestana Berlin Tiergarten is definitely worth every single penny. Close to the center of Berlin without being smack in the middle of everything.

Bra hotell med vänlig personal som även hjälpte till med allt. Bra gångavstånd och bra placering för att rasta hundarna. De var även väldigt välkomnande mot hundarna.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, in fact I think they are a class above the hotel they working in, the hotel location is really convenient, the gym equipment are limited and if you have an iPhone you can’t connect it to the TV ( some technical difficulties) Overall not a bad place to stay ( due to the friendly staff) but nothing special

Ich habe mir das Pestana Hotel ausgewählt, Weil ich in der Botschaft saß erledigen möchte. Von dem Bahnhof kommt man entweder mit dem Taxi ca 10€ oder nimmt 2 Bus linien. Der Empfang war leider nicht gut. Es waren bei der Rezeption mindestens 6 Leute, 2 Stehen vorne und die anderen dahinter. Die Dame bei dem ich mich vorgestellt habe, war nicht so interessiert. Schmeißt mir einen Zettel ohne Zusagen saß soll ich da eintragen. Nachdem daß geklärt würde. Gibt mir den Schlüssel ohne Herzlichkeit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß und hat genug Abstellraum. Badezimmer ebenso. Gym, Pool sind klein aber ausreichend. Training Geräte sind modern, Schließfächer sind auch verfügbar. Frühstück war OK. Der Milch aus der Kaffeemaschine war schlecht. An der Rezeption Personal muss was optimier werden. Für den Preis vom 105€ pro Nacht, man bekommt näher an der Stadt was besseres.

Wannabe 4 stjerner tæt på centrum.
Hotellet fortjener ikke 4 stjerner, selv med det 42% rabat tilbud, der er mange ting som ikke spiller som det skulle, modtagelsen i receptionen var kølig og ligeglad, hotelbaren var lukket 2 ud af 4 dage, morgenmaden var meget kedelig og uinspirerende. I det hele taget virker Pestana som et hotel som har haft sine gode dage for en del år siden.
