“Our overall experience at this location was very good. The room had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to laundry appliances and it’s close by multiple food outlets/ restaurants. This made our stay in Wynwood very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend here to stay if you plan to visit Wynwood.”

“The floor was sticky and dirty. One of the beds had visibly dirty sheets. The tv kept turning itself on every 60 sec. When I brought to the staffs attention, I was told that a colleague was going to come look at it. Nobody came. When I wanted to check out to get my deposit back, there was no one at the front desk. I waited 30+ min before anyone showed up. When they did, no apology was offered. The staff did not speak English.”

“The entire hotel was under renovation, which we were not informed about in advance. Had we known, we would have chosen a different accommodation. It will probably be very nice once everything is finished, but at the moment it was chaotic. As a small compensation, we were upgraded to a very spacious apartment, which was a big plus; however, this did not outweigh the poor service and the ongoing renovation work. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not reach our room.”
