The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 64 m² house for rent in Bernières-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers (3 adults and 2 children). It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and two 100 m² gardens. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Separate WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with TV
- Bedroom 2: single bed, bunk bed and TV with cassette player
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- 100 m² enclosed front garden facing south + 20 m² terrace with furniture
- An enclosed rear garden of 100 m² facing north + 20 m² terrace with furniture, barbecue, fishing equipment and beach games available.

The house is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
