The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Bernières-sur-Mer, this house with a surface of 60 m² and which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom (with bath and shower) and a 45 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

- An enclosed south-facing garden of 45 m², with a terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard of the house. Other free parking spaces are available close to the accommodation.

- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, about 30 minutes by car.
