“I never stayed there and I never checked in because immediately I entered the hotel there was this terrible smell that welcomed me at the reception and the place was looking so old and not okay even for that much price and they also refused to refund me despite the fact that I came so early and couldn’t stand the place not even half refund for the two days .What I saw on their page was partial refund but they refused to refund for both days.Expedia disappointed me in choosing this kind of hotel...

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“Noisy location, not peaceful at all. There’s an extremely high amount of traffic around the hotel all night. Couldn’t tell the airport was close by because all the noise from the cars and trucks drowned out the airplane noise. Hotel is getting dated and needs a refresh. Pealing wallpaper and light switches that don’t work the main lighting are two examples. The mattress was uncomfortable, felt like one from a discount clearance store. I’ll never stay here again. “Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When she arrived, I had to acknowledge her first which put me off considering no one was there. But, I let it slide. Then, I was told there were no King rooms available which I had booked (I was there at 3pm). I could sense they were running behind, which in this day I understand to an extent. We did get our room which was clean and ready, but there were no toiletries in the room and our “soap” was a shampoo bottle by the sink....
