It's the story of owners, straight from a small paradise island, who decide to set up a grandiose project on their native land. An explosive mixture which gives birth to three splendid chalets with high-end services and wonderful decoration! The view from the chalets is incredible! A panorama of the Auvergne mountains awaits you! Whether you are seated on the huge terrace, curled up on the sofa in the living room or even lying in the marvelous spa: this fabulous view accompanies you at all times and gives you a feeling of absolute privilege! In winter, cozy by the fire or lying in the spa, when temperatures drop below 0°, you will watch the snow fall through the huge bay windows. In fine weather, it is the immaculate and omnipresent green of the Auvergne steppes that will make your stay magical. Chalet La Arrow 2 is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A large, fully equipped kitchen-living room with wood stove - A wellness area with 6-seater spa including 2 lying down - A laundry/entrance area with ski boot dryer, ski storage, etc. - A separate toilet Upstairs : - A bedroom with a 160 bed and TV - A family room with 4 single beds including one on the mezzanine (accessible by a ladder - prohibited for children under 6 years old) and TV - A bathroom with semi-freestanding bathtub, large shower and toilet - A large stretched net for you to relax in accompanied by a good book as well as a trundle bed (90 or 180 for 1 to 2 extra people) Outside: a magnificent terrace equipped with designer furniture, a custom-made solid wood table and a barbecue. Stay of more than a week: passage for spa maintenance On level -1 of the chalet: an apartment that can be occupied by the owner A cleaning deposit check of €300 requested on site and returned at the end of the stay, if the gîte is returned in the same state of organization and maintenance as on arrival.
