The Space:

Garden Home by Tiny Away is located in the countryside of Bessé-sur-Braye, just 50 minutes drive from La Ferté-Bernard, Tours, Le Mans, and Orleans as well as only 90 minutes from Paris. A charming tiny house with a captivating riverside camping resort beckoning travelers to embrace the allure of solitude and spend their cherished moments with loved ones.



Here, stay in our cozy mobile homes and explore nearby attractions! Visit Château de Courtanvaux, the nearest historic gem, or take a short 43 minute drive to Le Mans for its stunning architecture and to Châteaudun for medieval charm and culture. Feeling hungry? Walk over to Restaurant Le Safran for delicious Indian cuisine in a unique setting.



It's a 252-square-foot tiny home surrounded by trees, with easy access to water, split-air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house, along with all other campsite facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court etc.

NOTE: For those bringing friends and family, Resort & Camping – Val de Braye offers the perfect spot, where guests can either bring their own camping gear or rent equipment from the reception.

It’s less than an hour from cities like Tours, Le Mans, La Ferté-Bernard, and Orléans, and only 90 minutes from Paris. Enjoy breathtaking rural landscapes, historic castles, and charming local spots that will surely amaze you.



Our local recommendations include Châteaudun, home to the impressive Château de Châteaudun and beautiful medieval architecture; Saint-Calais, a charming village surrounded by peaceful countryside; and Le Mans, known for its rich culture and cobblestone streets. Don’t miss Château de Courtanvaux near Saint-Calais, a stunning Renaissance castle with grand gardens and fascinating history.



Getting Around:

By car:



- 2 hr drive to Paris

- 1 hr, 32 mins to Chartes

- 11 mins from Saint-Calais

- 49 mins drive from Le Mans



By public transport: We kindly ask guests to travel by private vehicle or rent a vehicle as there are no public transports directly to our property. Thank you.

- WiFi is available

- Gas BBQ Grill is available

- Breakfast is available at €15 per person.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking inside, except in designated areas

- Vodafone and Orange S.A. have good signals and the rest have no signals

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival

- Coffee machines are available in the public area. (not in the tiny house)

- Public swimming pool is available for use (subject to operating hours)



Important note:



- Put out cigarettes properly — dropping them on dry grass can cause fires.

- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
