“The staff and breakfast was fantastic. Property was in the middle of a remodel - not their fault - but it made for some difficult navigation and the construction started too early for a weekend. Remodeled room was nice enough. ”

“Very bad experience, first the reception lady put me in the standard king room when i booked the king suite with separate sitting area. I had to go back to reception and when i pointed that she said oh sorry that room wasnt cleaned yet. Mind you i checked in after 4 pm. After waiting good 20 minutes she put me to the room which i originally booked. The TV wasnt working when i pointed out they said somebody will come tomorrow to fix it. One other issue was no shower curtain in the shower. When i...

“Great, safe place, clean, lovely breakfast (a plus for the non-dairy alternative milk) Very nice pool-area (although there were too many screaming kids in there so we didn’t get the chance to go there, even after 10pm when no kids were allowed) I have been traveling through the U.S for 4 weeks, and this was definitely the best hotel yet for a doable price. ”

“Ended up driving our own vehicle couldn't get help from the staff when asked the answer always was i dont do that and never offered to find help”

“Mycket bra service, hjälpsam trevlig personal. Varje eftermiddag fanns goda kakor och dryck vid entren, vilka barnen uppskattade! Skön pool med möjlighet att sola precis utanför. God och varierande frukost. Stor bra parkering. Inga restauranger precis i kvarteret utan man fick ta bilen men inom 10 minuter fanns restauranger, Tj-max, Bloomington mm. Även ca 10 minuter till Mall of America. ”

“The rooms were a little on the small side. The lobby had a large area with a small pool table and a foosball table and a large monitor wall so we were able to watch Wild and Frost games on a super large screen. We stayed as part of a group and this lobby area was a hit with the kids.”
