“beautiful grounds”

“We booked the premium room with a balcony upstairs. This is a relatively new property with excellent ground. A bit far from the temple but very clean and convenient. The balcony is expansive and has beautiful vast views. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. Staff was courteous. We had some issues with room keys but the staff helped us out. Two suggestions for the property owners; Please install railing for the stairs and please expand swimming...

“Well designed hotel BUT very badly managed. The staff just deals with situations all the time but it seems the management is un-interested. We had issues with everything, toilets, floor, locker, paint in the room. The guy who came to fix our toilet cleaned the toilet with a shower towel. Incredible stuff. ”

“During check in there was an issue with amenities covered and Dinesh ( manager) made it as my problem. I had to prove him that breakfast was included. No apologies. After much discussion he agreed to add meal services. Well do not trust him. He lied and charged me Rs 6000 additional. I expect this to be refunded to me. When I questioned him he made me feel like a bagger. Worst experience ever. Get everything in writing. Dining staff were nice. Reception was horrible because of untrustworthy...
