LYCKLIGT LYSADE - Vacker Oceanfront - Spektakulär utsikt

En Oceanfront semester kan inte bli bättre än så här !! Du är bokstavligen rätt på stranden - med spektakulär utsikt över havet och Indiska River State Park & ​​Nature Preserve. På natten lät havet invaggar dig att sova och på morgonen smutta på din java från en av husets fyra däck oceanen medan du tittar på delfiner.

Ägarna är stolta över att ge sina gäster med ett välutrustat kök, moderna möbler, nyrenoverade badrum, plats för 10 (både i matsal och familjerum) och gott solstolar. Vårt hem har unikt 2-zon A / C, så alla 3 nivåer håller sig coola för maximal komfort. Vi tillhandahåller allt du behöver för att göra din semester oförglömlig!

På bottenplanet finns parkering för 2 bilar i carport, en utedusch, ett grill och en tvättstuga med cykelförvaring. Vår gemenskap tennis / pickleball domstolar, lekplats och täckt paviljong för BBQs och picknick ligger precis framför huset.

Den första våningen har ett däck (Bayside) med bord / stolar och solstolar. Den första våningen har en stor matsal, 1/2 bad, kök och allrum (fullt utrustade med böcker, spel, pussel, DVD och drottningen bäddsoffa). Ät-in på screening-in havet veranda eller njut av en krabba fest på den stora picknickbord på havet däck. Koppla av i Adirondack stolar i vår egen bakgård - som bokstavligen en del av stranden!

Den andra våningen har ett stort havet sovrum med 2 enkelsängar, en full-size spjälsäng och en skärmad i veranda med bord, stolar och loveseat. Tvärs över hallen, hittar du ett annat stort rum som kan separeras med ett dragspel mur avdelare - den vänstra sovrummet har en uppsättning våningssängar och rätt sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar (som kan göras till en kung säng). Ett nytt, renoverat badrum ligger på andra våningen.

På det övre planet, sovrummet svit erbjuder total avskildhet i ett stort rum med en vacker välvt tak utrustade med träbjälkar, takfönster, bekväma stolar läsning och en oceanfront däck med stolar, solstolar och bord. Utsikten från sovrummet havet däck kan inte slå!

Can't beat the location of this property! Three decks overlooking the ocean. Beautiful Master Suite. Matt's Fish Camp within walking distance and the wonderful Bluecoast Seafood Grill down the road. Janice was a wonderful host and called me after I booked the property to go over details which I have never had done before.We had no children there but the access to the beach would be so easy! Thanks Janice.

We had a fantastic stay! Lots of room for two families with kids and cannot beat the ocean views. We had previously stayed a block away in Tower Shores and, while that 5 minute walk to the beach is no big deal, it was amazing how convenient it felt to be right on the beach! We loved our stay and we love Tower Shores! Janice's rental is equipped with lots of kid and adult games as well as beach chairs and umbrellas which complemented our stay.

Beautiful townhome !! Steps from the beach

The unit was very homey, with a beach cottage vibe. I loved all the back deck and screened in porch area as we ate dinner and had crabs while enjoying the view. The house has everything you would need for a vacation from kitchen items, beach items and plenty of beds.The location was awesome as you are at the very end of Bethany beach with private beach access for the community only , so it was overly crowded. The house is maybe 100-200 feet from the ocean so very easy to be able to walk back up to the house through out the day. We will be back !!

My husband and I learned from my brother who rented a house on the same street that we paid excessive fees and hope there is a return of money as the house was left in excellent condition. Disappointingly there was no laundry soap or dishwasher tablets which we have found in abundance at other rentals. Problems with the house were quickly resolved by the handyman.

Perfect beach week with family

Everything about our stay was incredible. The view is literally breathtaking the moment you walk in the door. Janice’s home is comfortable, clean, and well outfitted with everything you could want for a beach getaway. We loved the dual zone air conditioning when it was time to escape the heat. Nothing beats watching dolphins from the family room though! One small thing to note—the stairs have an open side when going up to the second floor. With two young toddlers it was a little nerve wracking at first, but they got used to it quickly. We’d love to rent here again in the future!

Family-friendly beachfront haven

Janice’s home is spectacular! The beachfront location can’t be beat! The check in process was easy, and Janice was very responsive to our questions. We traveled with grandparents, a child, and an infant (6 total people) and were very comfortable. It was very helpful to have a crib and highchair for the infant; the crib and mattress are modern and safe. The highchair doesn’t have a tray, so next time I’d bring a placemat for the table. The beds are very comfortable; be sure to bring sheets and towels, but pillows are available. The kitchen has a great coffee pot and everything needed to make meals. Some things that we were glad we brought along: coffee filters, foil, condiments, hand and dish towels. The beach chair selection on the premises is huge; we really didn’t need to bring any. There are also beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a few boogie boards. The beach itself is lovely with glorious sunrises and dolphins sighted frequently. Needless to say, we hope to return for future vacations!

Great location, comfy home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Tower Shores condo. Pictures online depicted property perfectly with only exception being that the 3rd and 4th bedroom are really connected only by an accordion wall, yet they each have a door and window. Luckily, our host prepared us for this by phone prior to our stay so there weren’t any surprises and it actually worked well for our little ones. It’s a very nice location on a quiet beach, close to both Bethany Beach and Rehoboth boardwalks for shopping and restaurants within approx 20 min. So nice being able to walk right out back door everyday and be on the beach in minutes. Cooling system kept even top 3rd floor very comfortable. Frig and appliances could use some updating, but worked well enough for our family of 7. Thank you for sharing your cozy beach house!

Great week at the beach

The location is great. We enjoyed using all of the outdoor spaces. We had dinner at the picnic table, the table in the screened-in porch, and the table in front to watch the sunset. I watched the sunrise from the screened-in porch on the second floor while my friends were still sleeping.
