Inside, you’ll find a fully upgraded space, with a full kitchen renovation completed in 2022. The open space features new furnishings, and calming decor that will make you feel comfortable in no time. The sleek kitchen, with a waterfall countertop, open shelving, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, is a chef’s delight. Dine together at the large farmhouse table, and then head out to explore for the day, and take advantage of the free Sea Colony shuttle to get around.



You’ll love returning to your cozy home base, where entertainment options include free high-speed WiFi, cable TV, and a DVD player. If you’re looking for more together time, get the gas fireplace going and set up one of the board games on the dining room table before bed. Three comfortable bedrooms await when it’s time to call it a night.

Although this home is not pet-friendly, the homeowners have dogs. Individuals with allergies should note prior to booking.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
