A convenient on-level layout, this resort retreat is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom, with a private half bathroom of its own. Condo had mold/mildew issues in the shower and shower curtain. Sand throughout the pullout bed with no change of sheets onsite. Ceiling fan was non-functional in bedroom. Multiple mildewed/used shower curtains were stuffed in a hallway closet. Dirty spare bedding (pillows/blankets) were stuffed in a bedroom closet against the AC/Furnace unit. Only 3 bath towels in entire unit for duration of our stay. 3 of the lights we were using had wiring issues and flickered the entire time we were in the condo.Indoor pool was pretty decent, as was beach access and ocean view.Parking was ample and access to the resort was easy.

I am so sorry that others who have stayed there have no respect for someone else’s property. The upper cabinet next to the washer/dryer was partially ripped off the wall and the door was compromised. We alerted Vacasa as soon as we checked in and they sent a rep out to look at it and it was beyond his capability to fix it. Fortunately It can be taken down and fixed by a basic carpenter. I removed everything from it so it is ready to be fixed. This is our second year there and we really like the condo. Thank you fo allowing us to use it.

Needs refreshed. Tub has black mold on grout, shower liner had stuff on it. The throw pillows in living room smelled. Kitchen needs new knives and a bigger strainer and at least one large pot.

Great little condo!

This place was excellent for a few days at the beach. It was very clean, and check-in and communication with Vacasa was very easy. The apartment itself is a good size; the kitchen is reasonably well equipped, and the living and dining room are a good size and very comfortable.The best part of the condo is its ground floor location. It has a nice patio, and you can walk right out of the patio doors to the pool (50 ft away) or beach (100 ft away). It made coming and going very easy, and we enjoyed all of Sea Colony’s amenities. A small downside is that people walk by outside, but the patio door is tinted and there are curtains, so it wasn’t a big deal.Sea Colony itself is pretty nice- it has 1/2 mile private beach, many pools, tennis and workout options, etc. It’s pretty well designed so that despite being peak summer season, it never felt overly crowded. It’s about a 15 min walk, 3 min drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk & loop.

Great end of week getaway

The apartment was great, except the bedroom has a full-size bed, which they state in the description as being queen size. This is not true. Other than that, the stay was great.

The unit was very dirty. Shower curtain was all moldy at base and tub had to be wiped out. sheets or pillow cases to make sofa-bed, mattress on sofa was stained. House keeping not available in evening when getting ready for bed. Location was good and amenities nice.

Great trip

We enjoyed all the amenities the property offered. It was perfect for myself, husband and 16 month old. First floor was great for easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen and laundry were key for having a little one. Definitely will book again when we come back!

Great place for families

Loved sea colony. Family room is bigger than the pictures made it seem. First floor was great because our baby could nap inside while we relaxed outside on the chairs in the sun. Pool and beach conveniently located. A quick 15-20 min walk to the main boardwalk area. Kitchen well equipped. 4 stars because while the place was clean, we did find clothing from the last guests under the bed and in the nightstand drawer. We would still recommend this place though.
