After a day spent swimming, surfing, and beachcombing, return home to relax and unwind on your private deck. This fenced space is perfect for afternoon barbecues on the gas grill, alfresco meals in the golden hour light, or opening a bottle of wine as the sun goes down.



Inside, the condo is open, breezy, and decorated in the soft colors of the coast. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of space for casual appetizers and meals at the breakfast bar, and an adjoining living room where you can watch movies in the evenings via both streaming and cable. Additional home comforts include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi.



Things to Know



Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
