My adult son, daughter and I (dad had to miss for work... bummer.) rented this house during the week of August 27, 2018, and we could not have been happier! The house is just delightful and exquisitely quaint! There are two nice full bathrooms (in master and off hall, on the ground floor) and the bedrooms were all spacious (two on first floor) and my daughter loved her digs in the super cool upper loft, containing two twin beds. A fun spiral staircase takes you up. .
The kitchen was perfect, and has an easy to use, very nice layout. The K-Cup coffee maker was a nice treat and much appreciated! The dining and living room areas are very spacious and perfect for family time.
The back deck was enjoyable at night while listening to the summer sounds and settling down with a good book. As advertised, the deck is completely private (great location) and you almost do not realize there are other condos around.
Accessiblilty to the beach via walking or car was very easy, and the house is situated in a great location for easy accessibility to the main road, which was perfect, since we did not have spend 10-15mins (speed limit is VERY low in the subdivision) getting out to the main road . (Hey! When on vacation every minute counts!:)
In addition, We cannot say enough good things about the owner of this home, Mr. Andrew Dobin! His communication is way above par and provides quick replies, answering any and all inquires from soup to nuts very quickly. His sincere hospitality made our trip that much more wonderful and a true memory maker!!
So, we, without a doubt, highly recommend this rental, and we hope to get back next summer, if all schedules allow.
Finally, there is very nice pond right in front of the unit, and we spent some time enjoying a beautiful swan, which seems to have taken up residence there.
