  • Detta 5 sovrum hem byggdes 2000. Insidan är rena, rymliga och bekväma. Köket är väldigt stort med 2 bord och en bar med plats för 4 personer.

    Det finns 36 tunnland egendom att allemansrätten, med 3200 fot vatten fasad. Det finns vegetation (träd och blåbärsris) ända fram till vattnet, med ett trevligt hamnområdet. Du måste korsa gatan för att komma till hamnområdet. Bakom huset, det finns några robusta stigar och skogsbilvägar att ströva runt på. Skogsvägarna användes senast under vintern 2015, så det borde finnas några ganska öppna snöskor och XC-skidspår direkt på fastigheten. Vita Mountain National Forest är strax söder.

We had a great stay. ACs kept the rooms very cold and it was clean and bigger than the pictures make it look. Host was responsive and easy to work with.

Had my son’s graduation party here and it was a great gathering spot. Lots of room, the hot tub and family room with games were a big hit when the weather got bad. The dock was a perfect spot to launch kayaks. All in all a great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect, with an excellent setup and everything we needed. The lake was amazing, and the water temperature was just perfect. Jim was always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful home, stock full of everything you need on your vacation. The outdoor area was very nice to sit, have a fire and relax in the hot tub. The only problem we had was the house was full of flying ants and carpenter ants.

We had a wonderful experience staying here for a ski weekend. Hot tub was a nice end to the day. The house was clean, spacious and kitchen was well stocked for any meal prep. We are hoping to come back next season! Great place!

We loved our stay at Jim‘s Ski house. It was a very cold weekend in January, but the house was nice and warm. Plus we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. My girlfriend said it had a very homey feel :-)

Great Place

One of my favorite stays. The house is perfect for a lot of people and there is so much to do at the house! The pond and hot tub were two of the best perks. Definitely recommend.

Excellent cozy stay for a ski weekend

This was a great find at Sunday River to enjoy a ski weekend with friends. All the basics and then some are provided and the short drive to Sunday River was a big plus. Excellent host, friendly and responsive.

Ski weekend

This place was great for our big ski group. There were plenty of beds for our whole crew and great hang out areas in the kitchen and living room. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Will definitely come back again next year!

Graduation Party Getaway

A Great Maine Getaway

We booked this property to have a getaway weekend with friends. There was plenty of beds and space! Everything inside was clean and comfortable. Jim was great at answering any questions that came up.Finally we wanted a place on the water, all we had to do was walk across the street!Would absolutely book again!

Jim’s place was clean with very comfortable beds and everything we needed in a home base while visiting Bethel with our kids and dogs. The house is a short drive from many activities in and around Bethel. Songo Pond is across the road from the house with a great dock where we relaxed while the kids swam, kayaked and canoed. We also enjoyed the hot tub, grill and fire pit. Things to consider: The house is on a main road, without too much traffic but cars go fast so you’d have to be careful with wandering toddlers out front. There are two large dogs on the neighboring property whose owners demanded our dogs be leashed at all times. Jim advised us of this before we arrived and it wasn’t a problem. There is a dog zip line at the back of the house.All in all we had a fantastic time and Jim was a great host who was immediately responsive with any communication.

This house was great for our family of 7 adults, 2 Children & Dog, with plenty of extra space. Kitchen was very spacious, table sat all of us with ample room. They have a big fire pit & Hot Tub that we used every night & a large dock that we fished off. (Fishing was great)! Would def rent again!

Amazing place

Had a bachelor party for my friend and 10 others and this property was perfect. Clean, well stocked, and a 15 second walk from a great spot on the pond. The hot tub was always in top shape and was great for relaxing after a day in the pond. Would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Bachelorette party

It was for a bachelorette party so the property fit nicely into our budget. House is super clean and a lot more spacious than the pictures show. Everyone loved the hot tub and the pond.

Great stay

Stayed here for a long weekend at Sunday River. House was great, close to everything, bedrooms are larger than photos make it seem, tons of room for all of us and our ski gear. Great communication as well. Would def come back!

Weekend Get Away

Property was perfect for our weekend get away with our group of friends. Jim was very helpful and attentive to any needs we had during our stay. The Property was well kept and had everything we needed. We also had direct access to Songo Pond, which was fabulous for the beautiful weekend we had!
