The space
There is a wonderful wrap around deck to sit and enjoy the surrounds, deck is equipped with a BBQ Grill (propane included). There is also a screen in porch in the summer - in the winter the screens are replaced with glass. The kitchen has all modern amenities and the house is clean and newly built.
There are bedrooms and bathrooms on each of the top 2 floors. The finished basement has a walk out entrance, as well as a private Sauna that seats 4+ people. There is also a fire pit in the yard and and an indoor gas fireplace for cool mountain nights.

Modern Washer Dryer and A/C included.

SUMMER: Window A/C Units are in all three bedrooms and the living room. There is also an AC in the main level of the hole in the living room. ***NOTE: AC UNITS are only installed from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

Two TV's (middle floor and basement) - plenty of room for kids to play in basement and not bother adults. Both TV's include ROKU sticks to watch movies etc. Free internet and WIFI. Both TV's have ROKU installed with free AMAZON PRIME, free Samsung TV, or connect your own netflix or hulu if you want.

The whole house is available. (we have a small locked utility room with some of our belongings)
Other things to note
There are linens for all of the beds and towels for all guests. There are mini shampoos, conditioners and soaps for the bathrooms.

Kitchen is fully stocked for everything you need for preparing meals
