PET POLICY
Up to 2 approved, potty-trained dogs allowed with a $250 fee. Pets must be crated if left alone, stay off beds, and are not allowed in the sauna or hot tub. Bring your own crate and pet towels. Dogs must be leashed outside and waste picked up. Report accidents immediately. Guests are responsible for damages. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fee per pet.
HOT TUB RULES
Cleaned before arrival (may not be fully warm first night). No food, alcohol, or glass. No use if pregnant or under alcohol influence. Children under 18 need adult supervision. Do not add soaps or oils. Do not stand/sit on the cover (damage fees apply). Keep it on when not in use. Do not use as a pool ($500 fee for misuse). Use at your own risk.

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods & trash can liners. Think of these amenities as a “starter kit”, we highly recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as extra cleaning and cooking supplies.
• ENTRY
There is an electronic keypad located at the front door. You will receive a personalized door code before your check-in time. The code is changed after every guest. Check in anytime after 4pm / Check out is 10am. We offer late check-out or early check-in: WHEN AVAILABLE. If you arrive early or depart late, without prior approval, additional fees will be applied.
• INDOOR FIREPLACES IS OPERATED WITH REMOTE. DO NOT USE TO BURN WOOD.
• FIRES
Absolutely no fires inside or out except in the outdoor fire pit. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $1000 plus damages
• FIREWOOD FOR THE OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
We do not provide firewood at the property for the outdoor fire pit. If you are planning on using the outdoor fire pit, we recommend carrying your own wood or ordering through our trusted provider, Tike's Firewood. They offer high-quality firewood at competitive prices and deliver directly to the home. Due to Airbnb's policies, we are able to share their contact with guests after the booking is completed.
Pro Tip: Give them a heads-up at least a week in advance to ensure your firewood is ready when you arrive. Early orders may also qualify for a small discount.
