“It feels like the hotel lost their spark a few years ago. They seem under staffed and it feels like they have a manager issue. Before arrival I called in a few times to ask questions, half of the times I was put on hold until the line broke after I asked ”hello do you speak english?”, and the other half of the times I was rudely spoken to. The wellness center is a joke, it’s 1 dry sauna, 1 warm room(?) and one steam sauna that was broken, the rest of the space was just seats and showers without...

“Rent och fräscht. En bit avsides men därmed rimligt i pris”

“Nice and comfortable hotel. Close to bus bus stops, subway and tram stations. A huge ALDI with a lot of options is closed by. There is a nice affordable Asian restaurant in front of Aldi that called Mama’s food that it is delicious. The area is quite rough in the evening, so be aware when you walk in the dark streets. The only downside of the hotel is that you can not check in early even the room is ready for you. They will charge extra if you want get the room before 3 pm.”

“Parkering under hotellet smidigt, bra frukost men dyr”

“Really nice and authentic Berlin Location . Clean and simple Hotel nice staff”

“Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. While the room itself was acceptable and the property provided a floor fan and earplugs during the hot weather, several issues had a significant negative impact on our experience. The main entrance was left open 24/7, despite appearing capable of being secured, which did not create a particularly safe feeling. The stairwells also had very poor ventilation and a distinct unpleasant smell throughout our stay. Having now spent time in this part of Berlin, I...

“The room was filthy and in poor condition (floor broken). Bed and bed sheets clearly dirty with stains. We checked out after one night and claimed a re-fund, but none given and no communiccation ftom the staff. Don’t go there.”

“Nothing worked. No front desk and only ai to talk to when things go wrong (and they did every day)”

“Bra hotell, nära till allt bra frukost”
