“I appreciated all the little touches in the room, like the fresh towels and the cozy blankets”

“It was close to the main area which made travel easy the room was maintained and had everything we needed ”

“Everything was simple, clean, and comfortable. Just what I wanted for a short trip. The people working here were so friendly”

“Wonderful hotel, which is needed in a chaotic city like Varanasi. Room was modern, spotlessly clean, good air conditioning and breakfast room/restaurant was smart with great food. Varanasi is very 'full-on', so this place is a modern, relaxing haven away from the madness. I recommend this place.”

“Very clean and good customs service”

“The staff was warm and attentive. Helped me when I needed to go a doctor. ”

“While checking in, the room was made but the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty black. While upon asking the receptionist, they did changed to new bedsheets. It was a horrible experience overall. Please avoid to stay. ”

“Everything was very well managed by the property caretaker however, the hotel location is little tricky, not easily tracked by Google map. Apart from this, my experience remained excellent. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Newly built very nicely decorated🎀 and very well maintained.”

“インドとは思えないほどにハイクオリティなホテルでした。”

“Hotellrum, säng odyl helt okay. Problemet är öppningarna i rummet ut mot alla korridorer och där sprang många skolungdomar så svårt sova innan jag fann lronproppar som dämpade lite. Bra service, lite lång väntetid att få mat men funkade. Inget tjat om rundturer så jag köpte en. :) Takterassen var stängd för renovering. Inget värdeskåp tyvärr. Wifi fungerade på Indisk maner ibland.”

“Excellent location, fair walking distance to the river, walking distance to KFC. Fair distance also to ISBT and Varanasi Junction. Lots of rickshaws avail everywhere. Wifi is excellent, room noise isolation is excellent, breakfast is pretty nice lots of choice (although no meat available at all), shower is very nice also, front staff excellent and they go beyond and above to help you with your questions and travel needs. Special thanks to Krishan, Shubham and Rishi, who really helped me above...

The overall service fell far below my...
