Dear Sir, We are disappointed that your stay did not happen as you wished. However, you booked a room at the Pavillon de Chasse instead of the Chateau and it was stated on your reservation. It would have been necessary to speak to us at your arrival so that we try to dislodge you in a room to the castle if that was your wish. Regarding classification, the rooms of the castle and the hunting lodge are indeed very different. It is detailed in the description of our establishment. But they are all eligible for a 4 star rating. We hope to see you again in our establishment so that you can stay in a room in the castle. Regarding your comment and grade which is quite hard, it is important to inform our futur guest about the situation. When you book the room through expedia, you have not informed the hotel that you have mibility issues which could have been done easily by writting a comment while you booked and we will have informed you that the room you booked is on the 1st floor. Once you arrive at the hotel, we offer you to change of hotel with no charges from us which you refused.
