This 43 sq. m. duplex apartment is set in a small residence with swimming pool and parking. On the first and top floor (no lift), it benefits from uninterrupted views and features:
- a pleasant balcony with ocean views,
- a comfortable living room with dining area,
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher),
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm),
- an upstairs desk area,
- a bathroom with shower, separate toilet,
- hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities, hoover,
- TV, Wi-Fi,
- one parking space,
- access to the residence swimming pool open during the summer.

## Neighborhood

The Milady neighbourhood has all the shops you need for a pleasant stay, including bakeries, mini-markets and pharmacies. It also boasts a prime location close to the ocean: you can be on Milady beach in just a few minutes! Sports enthusiasts can opt for a surfing session or one of the other water sports on offer. Golf and horse-riding enthusiasts can take advantage of these options close to the accommodation. A 20-30 minute walk along the ocean will take you to the centre of Biarritz, where you can admire the Hôtel du Palais and the Rocher de la Vierge. A free shuttle bus also stops close to the flat. To learn more about the marine world, visit the aquarium or the Cité de l'Océan. When it comes to eating out, enjoy a breathtaking view from the Milady Beach or make a reservation at Chéri Bibi or Tantina de Burgos.
