Väldigt fin interiör. Kändes ombonat och "cosy" samt vilken service! Otroligt hjälpsamma och även sent på kvällen när jag kom med försenad ersättningsbuss fick jag ett glas vin vid "brasan". Ingen hiss, obs.

Hemtrevligt
Litet och mycket hemtrevligt hotell. Personalen är tjänstvillig. Frukosten är i form av buffé och bra. Familjerummet var rymligt och barnen hade ett eget rum. Läget är perfekt, nära både strand och restauranggator. En lunch i saluhallen kan verkligen rekommenderas.

Trevligt turisthotell i en fin byggnad. Personalen vänlig och hjälpsam. Läget är bra; lugn gata men med gångavstånd till det mesta i staden.

Trevligt hotell i Biarritz
Bra hotell men vi fick ett väldigt litet rum. Rummet hade en fin liten altan men tyvärr regnade det när vi var där så vi kunde inte nyttja den. Ligger med gångavstånd till stranden och restauranger. Rekommenderas!

Bra läge och fantastisk frukost ute på terassen
Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på hotellet som var mycket charmigt och beläget bara några meter från saluhall och shopping mm. Rummet var i minsta laget och sängen var något hård.

Personligt och bra läge
Hotellet passade oss utmärkt, lugnt område men bara runt hörnet fanns många restauranger, barer, liv och rörelse. Promenadavstånd till allt. Mysigt och fräscht, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Härligt att äta frukost i solen på verandan.

Great choice in Biarritz
Really nice hotel in a great location. There are no lifts so be aware that you may need to climb a couple of floors. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were big and comfortable. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, convenient for the beaches, shops and restaurants. Stylishly furnished, the hotel has a lovely lounge area to enjoy and our room was very nice too. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. We loved our stay and will be returning for sure!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I expected quite a standard service but it exceeded my expectations. The decor is cool, location was very handy for the beach and centre and the room itself was lovely and had its own terrace. The service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that but if I return to Biarritz I’d definitely consider going back here.

Lovely hotel!
We had a really lovely stay here for 2 nights, very close to good bars and restaurants but just far away enough to be on a quiet street. We would happily stay again and would recommend to friends and family. Only complaint is the sustainability practices here! We got new towels after one night, as well as a brand new soap, and sugar cubes were individually wrapped in plastic!

This hotel is absolutely charming, we had two rooms on the garden level both with small courtyards with chairs and table. Staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast is great, lots of options available (eggs, piklets, breads, cheese, meats, yoghurt, cereal, fruit etc). Comfortable beds, tea and coffee in room

So Charming It Was Almost Unbearable!
This place was so ridiculously charming it was almost unbearable (in such a good way!). We came on a spontaneous trip from Oregon to Biarritz, not really knowing anything about the city, to see a favorite musician, Melody Gardot, perform at a local venue. We knew we wanted a small, cozy place near the theatre, preferably walking distance, and this place fit the bill. What we didn't expect (the pictures of the property and amenities don't do it justice), was the unbearable charm of the of the property itself. Super clean, super French, super accommodating, super adorable, super service, heck, even the hotel breakfast was super! The bed was comfortable, the room was adorable, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the view from the balcony of a charming quaint streets of a French seaside village was idyllic, the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from anywhere you want to go in town, from the beach to the theatre, to a plethora of restaraunts. Fell in love with Biarritz, will definitely be back, and will definitely try to book here again.
