THE APARTMENT

With direct and privileged access to the Miramar beach in Biarritz, this flat can comfortably accommodate up to 5 travellers (and a baby).
The flat is ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to make the most of their stay.
It also offers all the facilities for a successful business trip.

Perfectly furnished and equipped, the flat has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the mildness of the Basque Country. In addition to the direct access to the ocean,
the flat offers you the following services:

A beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, storage space and a dining table
A kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, freezer (ice maker) and kitchen utensils

A large bedroom with sea view with a comfortable double bed and storage space, a second beautiful bedroom with a pull-out bed for 2 persons.
A third bedroom (in the extension of the second bedroom, not separated by a wall) for children with a single bed 90.
Please note that a baby bed is available.

Each room has its own clean and well-maintained bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are also included and available on arrival.

You have a card that allows you to enter the Indigo parking lot at the Biarritz casino for free. It is located 8 minutes on foot from your accommodation. Please note that your accommodation must not exceed a height of 1.85 meters. We ask renters to unload their car as close to the accommodation as possible (using hazard lights) so that you can subsequently park your vehicle comfortably in the parking lot.

THE SERVICES

Bed linen and towels and cleaning are included in the price, and the beds will be freshly made on arrival.
For your comfort you will also have heating throughout the flat, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Of course, Wi-Fi is available and free!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The Grande Plage promenade bordering the Miramar surfing beach is particularly popular for its views of the Atlantic Ocean and for walking to the Biarritz lighthouse at sunset. The richly decorated Belle Époque Hôtel du Palais was built for the Russian Empress Eugenie in the late 19th century, as was the Byzantine-style Imperial Chapel, renowned for its gilding. Surf shops and oyster bars with terraces overlook the ocean.

ACCESS FOR TRAVELERS

IMPORTANT: The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A parking space is included in the parking of the casino (5/7 minutes walk from the accommodation).

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 500€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 6,24€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8pm and 10pm: 35 euros.
For arrivals between 10pm and midnight: 65 euros.
For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.
