New apartment in central location with garden

Our small (56 square meters, two-room) apartment is modernly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing and worry-free stay. The brand-new kitchen, featuring an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge-freezer combo, is, of course, fully stocked with everything you’ll need for daily use (pots, pans, dishes, salt, sugar, oils, dishwasher tabs, etc.).

We provide towels for you in the bathroom (these are changed every two weeks for longer stays). A washing machine is available for your use, and a starter kit of laundry detergent is included.
The living room features a sofa bed that can be converted into an additional small bed (1.2 m x 2.0 m) if needed. If you need a crib, just let us know.

The double bed in the bedroom has a comfortable mattress measuring 1.8 m x 2.0 m. In addition to a closet, there is also a small workspace here.

The apartment includes a small garden area separated by a hedge. A terrace is perfect for dining outdoors.

The building’s bike storage room provides space for bicycles. For longer stays, a lockable basement storage unit can also be reserved, as can a parking space in the building’s underground garage.
