“By far the worst hotel I have ever been to, to start with the staff that attended us upon arrival made fun of us but that could be because they were in an alcoholic state and under some kind of illegal substance, you could see it in their eyes, the rooms were dirty upon our arrival and they do not have a key so they open it for you every time you arrive at the hotel, we were there for 5 nights 6 days and none of them cleaned the room, they only gave us one roll of toilet paper and when we asked...

“We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend...
