âThe entire hotel was spotless, cozy, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating: this was my second stay at The Walden, but it wonât be my last. I can honestly say this is the nicest hotel Iâve stayed in. kudos to the entire staff.â

âLovely and cute inn close to the Smokies. Felt very homely with great service and staff. Perfect for single traveler or couples.
On the slightly âbadâ side was my bed that was slightly too soft and ready for an update.
Right next to the highway with gives great access however bit noicy when using the balcony. â

âBest attitude of staff that we have ever experienced. Managers, check in staff, maintenance personnel were friendly and fun to be around. My husband died in July and this trip with my sisters was to cheer me up. Mission accomplished.â

âAwesome!!! Front Desk Staff was amazing & Friendly!!! Helped us out several times during our stay... Location is in the middle of everything, whether going to Sevierville or Gatlinburg... Room are clean, updated and comfy... Breakfast options are great for the start of the day... We will stay here again most definitely!!!! You should too!!!! â
âThe Hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent. The shower was great, plenty of pressure and hot water. We had a minor issue with lights in the room. Only other issue was with the elevator. One in our party is handicapped and the elevator doors close really fast and hard before you can even get inside.â
âEnjoyed our stay. The hotel is older and stuff is worn, but it was clean and the was amazing. Itâs close to main attractions, only 20 minutes drive into Gatlinburg. â

âQuiet property. Warm and inviting lobby. Clean rooms. Wonderful service from staff. This is our third year booking this hotel. Check in has always been fast, friendly and welcoming. We always book a king room. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet. Keep in mind this is a pet friendly hotel. You may hear the occasional bark from another room. The staff at the front desk always greets you as you come and go throughout the day. The property is within a quick walk or drive to many restaurants or...
âRoom was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. This is an older property and could use a refresh but every thing was comfortable. The location was great and close to lots of shopping dining and attractions.â

âThe gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location close to the LeConte Center and shopping. The only minor complaint I have is the air conditioner was a bit noisy when it came on. Overall I would definitely stay there againâ
