âJĂ€ttebra service av personalen och lĂ€get var toppen. Hotellet var helt ok, men rummet luktade lite konstigt. Badrummet hade en hemsk belysning. Det fanns inga morgonrockar. Hade för höga förvĂ€ntningar pĂ„ hotellet, dĂ„ kundbetygen var sĂ„ höga. â

Great kitchen with everything you need. Love the small extra things like candels, candy, coffee and water in the fridge. The hotel is located 2 -10 minutes to everything. Nice staff.
The only thing I did miss was some english tv-channels that was not newschanels.
I will never stay somewere else when im in Florence.â

âExcellent service and an amazing royal design of the common areas, hallway, stairs and room. The towels very amazingly soft! Negative is that the breakfast could be better (oatmilk and non-sweet croissants) and the hotel could become more wheelchair friendly.â

âThis Apartment was absolutely perfect. It is very nicely updated, luxurious and very clean. It is located only steps from the Duomo and 1/2 a block from the Tram that takes you to the Florence Airport. Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful at communication, and was very accommodating when we travelled into Florence and met us to give us the key. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to see the wonders of Florence.â

âWe had an absolutely amazing experience at IQ Hotel Florence â truly one of the best hotels Iâve ever stayed in. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the historic center and all the main attractions of Florence. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot.

âRoom was nice, a bit different from the pictures but nice. I had missed that I had booked "environmental" package via hotels.com, which meant that they didn't clean the room once during the three days visit. I got new towels once but nothing else. I don't understand how emptying the garbage, changing coffee cups or making a bed would be harmful to the environment. I still don't get it and that lowers my overall experience. At least it would have been nice to mention in the beginning - btw, wash...
âMitt i stan nĂ€ra till shopping, restauranger och kultur. Egen kokvrĂ„ dĂ€r mat kan lagas och förvaras om man vill (perfekt om man har barn).
Enda negativa Ă€r att hotellet Ă€r mycket lyhört sĂ„ musik spelas mycket högt hela kvĂ€llen och kyrkklockor hörs tidigt pĂ„ morgonen. â
âSuch a gem! The rooms, bathroom, service - everything was great. The surroundings cant be beaten, and its position right next to the dome is perfect. Easy to get back to the hotell for a small coffee-break when the feet start to hurt (which is quite common in Firenze). We will be back next time!â

âDette Hotel var prikken over iâet pĂ„ denne rejse, beliggenheden fantastisk, nĂ€re til alt. Og efter en dag fuld af oplevelser, at sĂ„ kunne hoppe i swimmingpoolen og tage en herlig drink pĂ„ toppen, med en fantastisk udsigt over alle tagtoppe i Florence. Her skulle vi meget gerne vende tilbage til. â
âGood clean hotel with great location. The staff was friendly, breakfast was nice, and the gym is superb. However, the pool etc. is not at the actual hotel, but a bus ride away. We never had the time to go there, and were a bit disappointed as we thought the pool would be at the hotel itself. Either way, we won't mind staying here again.â

"As everyone knows, looking for a hotel is a job that can prove to be worthwhile. The Social Hub Belfiore Florence. Has most everything and more than we wanted. Good rooms. AC, refrigerator. Breakfast buffet, Rooftop with running track, bar, restaurant, Roof pool 08:30-24:00, garden. Exercise-wise. Stairs 126 steps, gym fully equipped with everything open 24 hours. Laundry room included, Garage, bike rental, cafe, playroom, pool table, view of all of Florence, cast on TV, close to train station, tram, airport etc etc. "
