Thank you for feedback, however there are three restaurants within walking distance from our property. We also offer the lowest rates in the surrounding area while we wait on a remodel. Thank you.

Thank You so much for your comments.Our beds seem to receive praise from a lot of our visitors, so it really might be a personal preference whether you like your beds soft or firm. We truly try to find a happy medium, but always seem to hit/miss with everyone's personal liking.Every room has a standard heat/AC unit. They are sensor operated, meaning - they will run or turn off adequately to the desired temperature and settings. If the room reaches certain warmness or coolness, the Unit is suppose to start or stop, to bring the room back up or down to the level at which each guest sets it to.Hope you have a great rest of your vacation.

Thank You so much for a very detailed review.It is very clearly stated on our website, Expedia website and Expedia app that our pool and hot tub are seasonal and only opened during the months of April through October, making it closed in the month of March.It is outlined on all booking engines and Expedia app that your credit card information is only required to guarantee your reservation, thus making it necessary to pay full amount of room charges plus taxes before receiving the keys and getting your receipt upon check-in. If ever in doubt, you are more than welcome to verify all of the above details before handing your credit card to the Front Desk clerk.While speaking to our Front Desk staff, your were shown exactly on the Expedia Website and Expedia app the information highlighting the pool closure during the month of March, so this is not a true statement. None of our staff members argued with you, but rather presented the facts to your party in a informative manner. Thank You for your comments.Unfortunately the search engine on hotel.com will not sort our seasonal versus year round pools. Our Motel will always appear as having pool as an amenity. All of the websites state very CLEARLY that our pool is CLOSED OCTOBER till APRIL. It is up to our guests to read that piece of information and possibly call us directly to confirm that all of the amenities and available at the time of your visit.The information about the seasonal pool has been on our website and hotels.com website since March of 2022 and has never changed. Please kindly refrain from spreading untrue facts about our pool.We are extremely serious about the way we run our small business as several employees depend on our performance and financial situation. We are very strictly adhering to the 48 hour cancelation policy and it is explained on hotel.com website. Therefore at the time of check-in it is too late to be asking for a refund.And on a personal note, you were very apologetic on Thanksgiving day and very sweet about the whole pool situation. You clearly stated in our conversation that you understand no refund can be issued, as it is way past the 48 hour cancellation window.Kind regards,Aquarius Inn Management

Thank You for your comments. Our motel is open and welcoming to guests of all gender, race, nationalities and age. The guests you saw were probably just arriving, unpacking and trying to get settled into their rooms.Our motel sign is not broken at all, it just has light sensitive illumination that comes on at dusk, so if it wasn't lit up, it was not dark enough outside.

Thank You for your comments. There are very few establishments that operate on Sunday. It is highly recommended to do your research ahead of time, especially when you are travelling on Sundays. We are located in a rural area and our season is slowing down.
