There are miles of scenic coastal walks direct from the property’s front door, for the adventurous and weather dependant there is a cliff path walk to a hidden beach belonging to the farm. The village of Hartland is just a short drive away, offering some lovely places to eat and a range of convenient shops, whilst the 12th century Hartland Abbey is within an equally short drive and makes a lovely place to spend the day wandering the gardens, exploring the coved beach, and enjoying the beautifully maintained rooms of the house itself. Other attractions in the area include the private heritage village of Clovelly, the seaside resort of Bude, and The Milky Way Adventure Park.

Guests staying at this farmland bungalow will love the quiet location and 137 acres of surrounding countryside. The property itself is located next to the main farmhouse and offers comfortable private accommodation. The cosy lounge has a pebble-effect electric fire, comfortable sofa seating, a TV/DVD, making it a great place to relax, particularly after a busy day at the beach or exploring the local area. The property’s kitchen/diner has a dining table seating four, and offers an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms in the bungalow: a double and a twin room, whilst the bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and a WC.

Outside, there is a pretty garden to the rear of the property, where guests will find a BBQ, table, and chairs, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals in the peaceful surroundings. An unmade path leads from the farm down to the hidden beach, which is a mix of sand and shingle, and is a wonderfully quiet place to spend some time by the sea away from the crowds that some of the local public beaches can attract. Not suitable for elderly or infirm.
