This Cottage is a single level with level parking, super clean and very stylish with spacious bedrooms and enclosed back deck with a Spa. Located walking distance to Big Bear SnowPlay/Tubing/Speedway/Ropes Course and also to our world famous "Oktoberfest" only 3 blocks away!
The Living Room offers a wood burning rock fireplace, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and vaulted ceilings. There is a Dining area off the Living Room with a dining table to seat 4 guests. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware, offering marble counters and stainless steel appliances.
Both Bedrooms are very spacious, each offering a Queen Bed. The 1st Bedroom is super spacious offering a sofa, desk, ceiling fan and a large closet. The 2nd Bedroom offers a desk with a Pac-Man arcade game, ceiling fan and a large closet....both with stylish decor! The full bathroom has been recently remodeled, offering a bathtub and shower. The laundry/mud room offers a washer and dryer with plenty of space to store your skis, snowboards and sledding gear.
The back yard is fully enclosed with a deck, patio furniture, propane BBQ and best of all a large capacity Spa!
This Cottage provides free WiFi, flat screen TV, a record player with a selection of albums good for the whole family to enjoy, laundry/mud room w/washer & dryer, propane BBQ, fenced back yard with a deck and patio furniture, hot tub, level parking for 2 cars, accommodates 6 guests.
