LIVING & DINING
This spacious 2,400+ sq ft home features a warm and inviting living area with ample seating, recessed lighting, and a cozy gas fireplace—perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or bar seating while taking in the open and comfortable layout.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, offering everything you need for cooking and entertaining, including:

- Double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms:
- Primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, desk, ceiling fan, and private bathroom with jetted tub, double sinks, and separate shower. An air mattress (Aerobed) is available in the primary bedroom closet.
- Second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan
- Third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan
- Fourth bedroom features two sets of bunk beds and a TV

ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
Enjoy a variety of entertainment options throughout the home. The garage game room includes a pool table and ping pong table, while the main living area offers a foosball table, board games, and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps and fast WiFi are available throughout. A laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer and utility sink is also provided.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Relax on the spacious back deck featuring a private hot tub, patio furniture, and a gas barbecue. The fenced backyard provides added privacy and space to unwind. In the summer months, take advantage of Snow Summit's chairlift-access mountain biking trails or enjoy a scenic ride to the lake just about a mile away.
