Downstairs fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed. Guest house with 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom five has a queen bed. Bedroom six has a double/twin bunk bed and a twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 13 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
