When you stay in this modern California retreat you have the entire home to yourself. You will have access to all of the rooms and all the amenities of the home. You will be given convenient and secure access, and you’ll have space to park 4 vehicles.

We're happy to share local tips and advice. If you have any questions during your stay, just ask!

The City of Big Bear Lake requires us to verify guests ID and requires guests to sign the good neighbor brochure before we can give access to the property. We will send you the good neighbor brochure when you book, it's super quick and convenient to fill out– we just want to make sure our guests know in advance :)

We can occasionally offer early check-in or late check-out, depending on the bookings ahead of and after your stay. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know at least a day in advance.

We also offer a dishwashing service for $20 + $1/item.

Local regulations require guests to take trash to the dump at checkout, to protect our wildlife and keep the community clean. If you do not wish to take the trash to the dump, we can handle it for you for $25.

What a great time! This house was perfect for our family. I searched for a long time and worried this may be too small. It was not!! We have rented with family many times and this was one of the best designed houses we have stayed in. The layout has enough space for everyone to hang out together, or break off into groups if desired. The downstairs area was a hit with our kiddos and they called it their own apartment. Ping Pong tournaments took us late into the evening. The location is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, which made for enjoyable morning walks and it is close to the grocery store. Fully stocked kitchen, and flat top Blackstone made for great dinners. Place was very clean and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating with any questions we had. Only suggestion would be to add TVs to the 2 other main bedrooms. If you’re a tv sleeper like us, it would have helped. But nothing a phone or laptop could not solve. Also, no standard BBQ, so had to change up our menu plans. Again, none of these affect the amazing trip we had. Just some things to help make it even better. We will be back!!

We really enjoyed here. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The game room was a huge hit with their ping pong and pool table. The jacuzzi was the ideal way to relax after exploring during the day. The home truly felt like a cozy getaway. Highly recommend!
