The Cozy Baer Cabin - Hot Tub - Close to Bear Mountain

Welcome to The Cozy Baer, your perfect mountain retreat! Nestled in the heart of Lower Moonridge, this charming cabin offers a peaceful escape with modern conveniences. Located adjacent to the Moonridge Alpine Zoo and the Ski Resorts Shuttle, you’ll enjoy easy access to the best of Big Bear. Stroll through the serene neighborhood, walk a few minutes to the Bear Mountain shuttles, or savor a coffee and donuts from Moonridge Coffee and Dank Donuts across the street.

The space
The Cozy Baer features two cozy bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs. The mast bedroom has 1 queen bed and the secondary bedroom has 2 fulls with brand new mattresses and bedding. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals or enjoying your morning brew at the dedicated coffee bar, which also doubles as a wine and cheese serving area. Relax in the inviting living room stocked with board games, puzzles, and a smart TV preloaded with Netflix and Hulu. The modular sofa in the living also doubles as a cozy bed to relax and watch movies.

Guest access
Located in the tranquil Lower Moonridge neighborhood, the cabin offers a serene environment for leisurely walks and relaxation. Unwind on the front porch, enjoy the spacious backyard, or take in the views from the upper balcony. Keep an eye out for the local wildlife—you might spot gray squirrels, raccoons, woodpeckers, and a variety of birds, depending on the season.

Other things to note
The City of Big Bear Lake limits the cabin occupancy to 5 guests and 2 cars (parking in the back) there will be fines if this rule is not followed.

Guests can enjoy the 5 person hot tub in the backyard. Please refer to the spa rules and note that quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including within the fenced perimeter. A $500 fine will be imposed if any evidence of smoking is discovered.

Please note that the mountain environment includes wildlife such as bears and coyotes, as well as insects like ants and spiders. We take precautions to treat the property safely and effectively for your comfort and the safety of our guests.
