“Upon arrival the hotel seemed good. I traveled along way so the thought of sitting in a hot tub was so nice.. until we actually got in and the water Luke warm and the jets were broken. Our room was half way cleaned. The faucet to the sink was very hard to turn on and off. We appreciate a hot breakfast which is what they offered. “The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning.”
