“The room was beautiful the tub was great the bed and bedding was so soft had a great night sleep the only thing is they could update the headboards starting to peel off and there was no robes like the last time we stayed there and there was no trash bags but had a good time anyway”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“Yes, stores close parking good, staff good. The place years ago was top 3 hotels in area. Now not kept up, run down water buckets in halls, very old dirty feel.”

“Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control.”

“The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”

“Breakfast staff on the day that I was there was extremely rude! Other than that this place was great! Location had everything around it”

“Perfect hotel for my purposes. Only 15 minutes from Cincinnati.”

“The chairs in the dining area looked worn and ragged. A new pot of coffee took 30 minutes to get refilled. Most of the staff were very nice. We felt everything was clean. The pool room was hot, and the water was cold, not heated. There wasn’t any body wash, only small bars. The room was nice. I guess I expected a bit more from Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’d stay at that hotel again. Maybe?”

“Hotellet var ok, men tycker det var lite för dyrt för vad du fick. Hade det kostat några hundralappar mindre hade det känns mer okey för nivån på rummet och hotellet över lag. Området var inte speciellt roligt men vi var mest här för att sova och sen åka vidare, vilket det ändå va ok för. Skulle inte rekommendera att bo här mer än någon natt. Wifi var knappt ok, tappa ibland hastigheten vilket var irriterande. ”
