“Convenient location, friendly staff, room clean but old, needing renovation. Can't beat the price. Suggest get rid of carpeting as many hotels have done. Breakfast was okay but not that tasty...could be improved.”

The coffee cups should be swapped out for mugs and the bakery goods could be fresher. I have one suggestion re the mattresses. They should be flipped or at least rotated once or twice a year. “I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....

“I wasn't impressed from the moment we checked in. The front desk attendants were very friendly, but the check in experience itself was disappointing. Our rooms had been canceled because of a glitch with our credit card, and no one contacted us to let us know. We were told the system automatically cancels reservations in these situations, which is concerning when you're traveling and expecting your room to be waiting for you. “They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. ”

“I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable.”
