“The location of the property was great and we saw the key deer on property and nearby. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The beach front area had some trash that needed to be picked up and the home could use some landscaping. We did not stay for the continental breakfast so can not speak to that. “Property was too close to the highway to enjoy the view/balcony. Also at 10:00 we were told to leave NOW as the cleaning crew was coming. Or there would be a charge for every two minutes that they had to wait outside. Even though check out was 11:00 AM. Definitely won't be staying there again! ”

“Our stay was great! The description is accurate. We enjoyed our 6 Mid-March days at "Cozy Perfect Conch Cottage." Yes, it's technically camping, but it's very NICE camping...in a campground...but a very NICE campground. The bed we used (there were only 2 of us) was super comfortable. The WiFi worked great. “Island Paradise is one of the best equiped vrbo locations we have stayed at. We would rank it one of our top 3. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking implements. The owner provided plenty of beach equipment to take in a day at the beach and also provided bikes to take out and explore the resort area. Joan was very attentive to our needs, an excellent host. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Key West....
